Who is responsible

The RCAC Grand Prix results service is operated by ShaZam Racing on behalf of RC Athletic Club. ShaZam Racing is the data controller for the results published here and can be reached at brad@shazamracing.com.

What we publish

• Athlete name, gender, and age as supplied by race registration and timing files.
• Finish time, pace, age-graded time and percentage, division, and place.
• Grand Prix points and cumulative series standings.

We do not publish addresses, dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information. Athletes under 18 are shown by first name and last initial only.

Why we publish it

Results are published to administer and score the Grand Prix series, determine award eligibility, and provide the public record of competition that participants expect when they enter a race. Participants agree to results publication as part of race registration; where consent is the basis, it can be withdrawn at any time using the contact below.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses no advertising, profiling, or third-party tracking cookies. Administrators who sign in have a session token stored in their own browser so they stay signed in; that token is removed on sign-out. Visitors who dismiss the privacy banner have a single preference flag stored locally.

How long we keep it

Results are part of the historical record of the series and are retained for as long as the Grand Prix archive is published, unless removal is requested. Administrator accounts are kept only while the person administers the series.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your results, object to their publication, or withdraw consent. Email brad@shazamracing.com with your name and the race concerned and we will respond within 30 days. A parent or guardian may make a request on behalf of a minor. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Where the data is stored

Results are stored with our hosting and database providers and are served publicly on this website. Access to edit results is limited to authorized series administrators.
